I opened a account with Option Rally March 13 2013 I started with $200 as it stated , I after about a week received a call from one of their brokers who said I should put more money in to make money and bigger trades. During this conversation I felt pressured I did deposit another $4500 into my account for some unknown reason it did not show up in my account for over a month I sent e-mails and never received a proper answer I was told that it was the bank then I received another call from another broker whine I questioned where my deposit was again I was told that it was processing and would be in my account when I asked what the delay was I was they did not know and that it should not have taken this long this was my first apprehension toward this company. I found that when ever I wished to make a withdrawal I would get a phone call and be pressured not to take my money out again to me this was another flag it is my money if I wish to make withdrawal then I want it. With every telephone call it is always pressure to make trades I felt that my wishes were ignored and I as the customer was not treated like one. When I sent e-mails most communication was ignored until I had to use their live chat when questioned there I received more definitive answers to questions. But still e-mailing either compliance department , support or the broker went un answered most times I don't think this is very good for their image as I being the customer should be heard.



When making a deposit they put in a voluntary bonus (which is not asked for) and you have to reach a volume on trading in order to keep that bonus again they do not tell you what that volume is and you are not allowed to keep this money me I traded and was past this bonus but was told that I did not reach it and it was taken back I think this is not right unless they are specific in their requirements which they are not even in their FAQ or in their Terms and Conditions regarding the bonus. They also say that it is very easy to get your money or make a withdrawal I found this to be untrue it is pressure tactics from them to make you reconsider or you receive no e-mail or communication that your request was even received communication from them is very lacking and needs to be changed they need to listen to their customer honor their claims and be more open on their bonus system. I feel that I was taken for $900 and I do not think it was fair when I e-mailed and asked about their bonus system or what the trade volume for it was again I was ignored. I would be cautious when dealing with them and be prepared to be pressured when they call you. I also noticed that when you get firm and annoyed with them regarding your money they become very clipped and cold for a so called International Business they need to step up to the plate and act more professional with their customers / clients stop the pressure tactics when someone wants to withdraw their money. I also read that you are suppose to have a demo account (if so) I never was given one to practice with I was given signals through e-mail that I felt we not really explained and left me wondering at times as I was new to this kind of trading I was not given much assistance at the beginning with what I was doing lots of promises but very little kept. If you use them like I said this was my experience with them yours maybe different but I found them very lacking in service, assistance and communication.

I found them very lacking in service, assistance and communication.
